Cormac is an associate practicing in the areas of real estate and business law.

He joined Viner Kennedy as an articling student in August of 2009 and was called to the Ontario Bar in June of 2010.

His practice encompasses all aspects of commercial and residential real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and commercial leasing. He also advises on real estate-related litigation, including commercial and residential lease and contract disputes and construction defects.

As a member of the firm’s Business Law Group, Cormac advises on general corporate and commercial matters including, corporate structures, shareholders’ agreements, financing and security.

Cormac is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Frontenac Law Association.
