Mark A. B. Frederick

Mark is a leading practitioner in family law in Eastern Ontario, offering a full range of family law advice and advocacy. His experience includes cohabitation and marriage agreements as well as all of the legal services required on marriage breakdown, including divorce, property division and equalization, spousal support, custody and access, child support and other related issues. Mark’s family law practice has involved him in a wide variety of complex advocacy and trial work often involving family businesses.

Mark engages in advocacy before the courts covering a broad range of legal disputes. In the commercial law field, his practice includes contract disputes, corporate and shareholder issues, employment issues, banking litigation, leases and insolvency issues. His practice also includes a wide variety of claims by individuals including wrongful dismissal, real property disputes, and estate litigation. Mark has experience in both the trial and appellate courts of Ontario.
