Geoff S. Tadema

Geoff is an employment lawyer at the firm.

He provides advice to employers and employees on a variety of workplace matters, including drafting and negotiation of employment contracts; development of employment policy; employment standards and human rights compliance; and discipline and termination. He also assists clients with proceedings before Small Claims Court, Superior Court, and administrative tribunals in Ontario.

Geoff was born and raised in Kingston, Ontario and completed his law degree at Queen’s University. Prior to law school, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts at Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Industrial Relations at Queen’s University. He also worked in management-side employee relations in the Ontario public sector.
